Bonifiable training for companies 

Each company has an annual credit to finance employee training. This credit varies depending on the size of the company:

• Companies with 1 to 9 employees: Up to 100% of the training cost (minimum guaranteed: €420 per year).
• Companies with 10 to 49 employees: Up to 75% of the training cost.
• Companies with 50 to 249 employees: Up to 60% of the training cost.
• Companies with more than 250 employees: Up to 50% of the training cost.

The credit is calculated by applying a percentage to the professional training contributions made in the previous year:

1. Companies with 1 to 5 employees: Fixed credit of €420 per year.
2. Companies with more than 5 employees: A percentage of the contributions (e.g., 0.7% of the contribution base)

Example:

A company with 500 employees contributes €1,500,000 annually to Social Security. According to FUNDAE’s rules, it could reimburse up to 50% of the training cost.

1. Calculating the available credit:
   • Total contribution: €1,500,000.
   • Percentage for professional training: 0.7%.
     • Available annual credit: €1,500,000 × 0.7% = €10,500.
     • Applying the 50% for companies with more than 250 employees: €5,250 available for reimbursable training.

This credit could be used to train employees in key languages such as English, German, or French, optimizing their impact within the organization.

FUNDAE sets a maximum cost per participant and modality:

• In-person: Between €9 and €13 per hour depending on the training level.
• Online: Maximum €7.5 per hour.
• Blended: A proportion is applied based on the hours of each modality.

Vaughan courses are reimbursed at €13/hour per participant with a teacher (either in-person or videoconference) and €7.5/hour for online training per participant.

• Direct costs: Trainer fees, materials, classroom rentals, etc.
• Salary costs: The time employees dedicate to training (if it occurs during working hours).
• Indirect costs: Administrative expenses related to training.
